Since I was a kid my passion has always been discovering life wonders and the one I fell in love to is cooking. I love to make people smile and be surprised when they taste my dishes as they call back memories from their past or discover new flavours. 

The key to success in life and so in cooking is love and harmony.

My dream is to open a gourmet restaurant in Hawaii cooking all the undiscovered and amazing ingriedients this beautiful land has to offer.
